This creative writing workshop will allow participants to explore the theme of belonging. Unanswered questions and puzzles can be a writer’s gift at times. Are the answers hidden somewhere between the blurry lines of the past, present, and future? Everyone is welcome, and both new and experienced writers.
Neo Gilson is a Cork-based poet, singer, writer, and storyteller. Neo is an artist-in-residence with Sample-Studios and the Studios of Sanctuary Residency Programme. The themes she is drawn to in her writing are justice, struggle, unity, respect, and love. Neo’s style of writing in prose and poetry is unique, free verse, abstract, and conversational, and she adds vivid imagery in her pieces.
